Directors and Officers

Michael D. Sweatman President - Mr. Sweatman is a Chartered Accountant he operates MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company, since November 1992. Mr. Sweatman currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Marifil Mines Limited and Run Of River Power Inc. He currently is a director of several companies listed on the TSX and TSX venture exchanges. He has served as a director and officer of a number of Companies over the past 20 years. Mr. Sweatman, obtained his CA designation in 1982 and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of both British Columba and the Yukon Territory, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce in 1982 from Simon Fraser University. Mr. Sweatman is 55 years old.

Murray McClaren - McClaren is a professional Geologist and has a BSc in geology from UBC . Mr. McClaren’s career has spanned over 30 years during which time he has been involved in the Exploration and discovery of numerous mining properties. Murray has been an officer and director of a number of junior Companies. Significant accomplishments include El Condor which acquired the Kemiss deposit, the Company was later sold, Mr. McClaren was responsible for the rediscovery of the Boleo Copper Cobalt deposit he sold his interest to International Curator. Mr. McClaren has been responsible for the discovery and commercial development of several deposits in British Columbia.

Mike Elson – Is the president of Northern natural Resource Services, a mining exploration and environmental consulting form. Mr. Elso has been involved in all phases of mining exploration. He has founded an number of junior exploration companies and is currently President of Saturn Minerals Inc.

John Kerr – Mr. Kerr is a Professional Engineer who currently acts a consultant on mining and exploration projects. He has acted as a Qualified Person pursuant to National Instrument 43-101. He has an impressive track record which include discovery of two significant ore deposits in Newfoundland. Identified, supervised and directed field programs that led to the discovery a 900,000 oz gold deposit in Nevada generating significant profits for investors.

Shaun Maskerine - Mr. Maskerine is VP of investment banking for Longview Capital Partners and has worked with public companies for over 10 years. He ha served on the Board of a number of Resource and Industrial Companies. Mr. maskerine has a Masters of Resource management and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Damien Reynolds is currently Chairman, CEO and founder of Longview Capital Partners, a mineral investment company listed on the Toronto stock exchange. He has been involved in the junior resource sector for over twenty years and has gained industry knowledge through founding, investing in and serving on the Boards of a number of public exploration companies. Mr. Reynolds is also the founder of Kyoto Planet Group Inc. – a private global company focused on reducing climate impact through investment, education and media, and serves as Chairman of Kyoto Planet Asset Management.
