James Walchuck – Director – President & CEO - Was President and CEO of Tournigan Energy from May 2005 untilJuly 2008. He is currently a Director of Encanto Potash and Appleton Exploration Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Walchuck was Vice President, Mining of Tournigan Gold Corp. from May 2004 to May 2005 and Mine Manager for Barrick Gold Corp. at its Bulyanhulu Mine from August 1999 to July 2002. Mr. Walchuck has over 29 years of experience the technical and corporate aspects of mineral exploration, project development and mine operations, and has held various senior management level positions since 1991.

John Icke – Director - President and Chief Operating Officer of Longview Capital Partners Incorporated since January 2008. Mr. Icke has more than 25 years global management experience in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining Longview, he was a principal of JRI Strategy Consultants Inc. and, prior to that, President of Accenture Business Services for Utilities. His previous positions include: President and Chief Executive Officer of Lily Cups Inc; founding director and Chairman of the Canadian Polystyrene Recycling Association; Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Indigo N.V.’s worldwide packaging business; and Chief Operati g Officer and Executive Vice President of Sweetheart Cup, a subsidiary of Fort Howard.

Michael D. Sweatman – Director - Mr. Sweatman is a Chartered Accountant he operates MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company, since November 1992. Mr. Sweatman currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Marifil Mines Limited and Run Of River Power Inc. He currently is a director of several companies listed on the TSX and TSX venture exchanges. He has served as a director and officer of a number of Companies over the past 20 years. Mr. Sweatman, obtained his CA designation in 1982 and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of both British Columba and the Yukon Territory, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce in 1982 from Simon Fraser University. Mr. Sweatman is 55 years old.

Murray McClaren – Director - McClaren is a professional Geologist and has a BSc in geology from UBC . Mr. McClaren’s career has spanned over 30 years during which time he has been involved in the Exploration and discovery of numerous mining properties. Murray has been an officer and director of a number of junior Companies. Significant accomplishments include El Condor which acquired the Kemiss deposit, the Company was later sold, Mr. McClaren was responsible for the rediscovery of the Boleo Copper Cobalt deposit he sold his interest to International Curator. Mr. McClaren has been responsible for the discovery and commercial development of several deposits in British Columbia.

John Kerr – Director – Mr. Kerr is a Professional Engineer who currently acts a consultant on mining and exploration projects. He has acted as a Qualified Person pursuant to National Instrument 43-101. He has an impressive track record which include discovery of two significant ore deposits in Newfoundland. Identified, supervised and directed field programs that led to the discovery a 900,000 oz gold deposit in Nevada generating significant profits for investors.
